I almost hesitated to order from this company due to the negative reviews, but my experience was mostly positive. Positive aspects: I received both orders, and the items were as expected. I got accurate shipping information with basic tracking. The prices are competitive. Areas for improvement: Both orders were listed as being in stock with quick delivery, yet one took 4 days and the other 8 days. This was not related to the delivery service, as it was clear when the items were handed over. The representative at the helpdesk was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t assist me regarding the delayed order. Overall, I would recommend this company if you don't need your tools immediately. I have not tested items that were out of stock, which seem to be the source of many complaints.
