This situation is extremely frustrating. I have sent multiple emails stating that I do not want the package. I informed you 10 days ago that I wouldn’t be picking it up, as I am currently abroad and will be here until mid-January. You are wasting your time. I will also contact the payment service regarding the payment plan I have with you. You have received the first payment, but I am requesting a refund and cancellation of the package. I spoke to them 15 days ago, and they mentioned that I need to wait until the package is returned. Now that it has been returned, I see that you are sending it back to me! This seems either careless or an attempt to force me to purchase this item. I will forward all my emails to the payment service to request that you do not take any further payments and to question why they are associated with such a problematic company. This is the fifth message I have sent regarding the cancellation and refund. I will also be leaving a review online to warn others. Anyone reading those reviews will know to avoid purchasing from you. Please cancel the order and refund my money. I will be contacting the payment service to recover my initial deposit and halt any payments!
