A very frustrating experience. I purchased a tool during the Black Friday weekend, influenced by a promotion for a free battery with a qualifying purchase. There was no end date, just a mention of "while stocks last." After verifying stock, I found the battery was not added at checkout. Communication with the company was circular and they claimed the promotion ended earlier, which was not stated anywhere. After leaving feedback, they eventually agreed to honor the promotion, but it was disappointing that I had to escalate to get a resolution.
