I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Tools4Trade.
I spent thousands of pounds with this company on brand new tools, expecting a professional service. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, the items were soaking wet and clearly had been left outside. Several of the tools were damaged as a result, which is completely unacceptable given they were sold as new.
After contacting customer service, I was told I would receive a partial refund for the damage. However, months have now passed and despite numerous phone calls and emails and being reassured each time that the refund would be processed I still have not received anything.
The lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. It’s not just the condition the tools arrived in, but the ongoing failure to resolve the issue that has left me so dissatisfied.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.
