I placed an order nearly a month ago that was set to be delivered to their local store the following day. I have not received any of my items and the only updates were received days after I contacted customer support. They apparently delivered my items to an incorrect address. Yes, they were not able to send the items to their own store correctly. Customer service told me that they can not locate the package but will send it out as soon as they do. I asked that they either send a replacement or cancel my order so that I can buy the items again - 8 out of the 9 items are sitting on the shelf at the register of the local store. They refused telling me the order is too far along for them to cancel. All of this is their fault and the customer service has done nothing to help along the way. I do have to say the service at my local shop in Gent has been great.
