Review Time
I placed an order nearly a month ago that was set to be delivered to their local store the following day. I have not received any of my items and the only updates were received days after I contacted customer support. They apparently delivered my items to an incorrect address. Yes, they were not able to send the items to their own store correctly.
Customer service told me that they can not locate the package but will send it out as soon as they do. I asked that they either send a replacement or cancel my order so that I can buy the items again - 8 out of the 9 items are sitting on the shelf at the register of the local store. They refused telling me the order is too far along for them to cancel. All of this is their fault and the customer service has done nothing to help along the way.
I do have to say the service at my local shop in Gent has been great.
placed an order. No delivery made or attempted (despite two claims to the contrary) Webchat took over 30 minutes to be eventyally advised no refund would be processed until they receive the goods back. So effectively Ive paid for items that I needed next day (as advertised) but not received with a clear refusal to refund until it suits Toolstation. Shabby at best, possibly in contravention of distance selling rules at worst

Ordered a pair of boots which arrived and were supposed to be size 10. They were very small and when I tried to return them it took 3 days to get an answer from Toolstation and even then, they did not arrange returns. I am still waiting for them to contact me. Even though I bought them off their website they will not allow me to return them in store, I have to pay to send them back. I will now only use SCREWFIX who are far more professional. Extremely poor service at best!!!
