Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the overall experience was quite positive. Good things really do come to those who wait. On the delivery day, I was guided on how to use all the controls and even received a nice baseball cap! The ride-on mower is fantastic and was highly recommended by the service, surpassing my initial choice. The model is powerful and effortlessly handles our inclined meadow. I would definitely recommend their advice and customer support.
I bought an item during the Black Friday Deals, only to be swiftly refunded due to an alleged pricing error, and was directed to a link showing the item at a significantly higher price. This seems to contradict retail regulations. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won't be coming back or suggesting this to others.
Customer service was very disappointing; the item was never delivered. I tried to reach out for assistance multiple times but received no response. The picture I sent for the safe place reference was misunderstood. I suggest improving your customer service response, as I had to turn to a refund through a payment service after no help from you.
