I placed an order for a 16-litre agricultural spray machine on October 6, 2025 through Toolsvilla. Today is November 7, 2025, and I have still not received the product.I have contacted Toolsvilla customer service multiple times (around 20 calls), but every time I receive the same response — “The issue has been escalated; please wait for 24–48 hours.” There has been no real action or update so far.I was also asked to raise a support ticket via email, but even that remains unanswered. Toolsvilla continues to blame DTDC courier, whereas DTDC has informed me that the item has been marked as delivered, which is false. I have not received any delivery.This indicates a serious lack of coordination and accountability between Toolsvilla and DTDC. The handling of this order has been highly unprofessional. Toolsvilla is a fraudulent company. Stay away
