Ordered a set of casters. Lying in the courier warehouse for a week & then it seems to have disappeared. my project delayed indefinitely. Not a happy customer for sure.Their products may be OK but their courier service is pathetic. I don't think I will order from them again when there are so many other options, who deliver the orders promptly..

Spare parts are barely an issue now. I can just land up on toolsvilla and place an order in a jiffy. However, DTDC does quite a shit job in packaging. Please resolve the issue. Otherwise great job, five stars. I believe many customers have faced a similar issue. Hope DTDC looks into this matter.
