Extremely Disappointed with This PlatformI ordered a product along with several listed accessories. However, upon delivery, three of those accessories were missing. When I contacted customer service, I was told that unless I had recorded an unboxing video, my claim couldn't be verified.This is incredibly unreasonable — not everyone is an influencer or YouTuber who records every package opening. Customers shouldn’t have to film themselves just to ensure they're treated fairly.Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I expected better accountability and support from a professional platform.
