Worst retail experience ever. After months of waiting for an order, and multiple attempts to get an update, with them being non-responsive, I bought the item from another business and asked TW for a refund. I called the Liverpool store and was promised a refund right away. Then after continuously following up for weeks and them not responding, then trying to give me store credit, which I declined, then not responding again, they sent the order. Absolutely unbelievable. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Now I'm having the nightmare of trying to return the item for a refund. And, as always they are non-responsive.
