The original customer service was welcoming and helpful. I was glad to make the team happy with my email address, but it could be a double sword....8/9 I ordered a Makita power saw and was told it was in stock and I would have it in the next few days. Mind you, there was a public holiday on Monday. Few days turned into a week, when I was told, it had to be ordered in and is now available, which was the 15/6. I needed it and wanted to pick it up, but was told it would come within a couple of days, it was a 2 hour turnaround trip ..., so I relented. Today, 17/6, I still do not have the saw.I ordered a robotic vacuum from the US and had it within 3 working days. OZ, I am sure you can do better,I am so disappointed, would I buy again from Tools warehouse? Really?
