My car had its first MOT and also its annual service today. Owing to a pressing engagement I was keen to get the car back as soon as possible so I was delighted to get a call from the garage in the early afternoon from Tilly-Louise to advise that the car was ready for collection and that the car had had a courtesy wash!

Brought a van from here with warranty. Engine fault light came on, tried to book it in. Took 2 and a half months for a warranty booking, when I finally arrived for the booking this morning they wanted £175 for diagnostics and said would only not have to pay that if the issue was something the warranty company agreed to. The warranty from here is not worth the paper it is written on, 2 and a half months and then a £175 fee for something my local garage does for £30. AVOID.
I scheduled a while-you-wait service and received great updates throughout the process. It was completed in much less time than I expected. The senior technician was exceptional, well-informed, and very communicative. I highly recommend this service!
I visited for a recall on my airbag and was initially informed of a 3-4 hour wait. Since I was quite far from home and my partner was at work, I had to stay. However, they rearranged some things, and I ended up waiting just a little over an hour. The staff were extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout.
