I visited The Dealership with my husband and daughter having seen a car I liked online. We were immediately entrusted with the keys and given space to look around, test drive and talk privately. The car was exactly as it had been advertised, and if anything exceeded our expectations.
Every member of the team that we encountered were welcoming and friendly. No pushy sales tactics just approachable and helpful.
The week leading up to purchasing this car had been incredibly stressful to say the least. I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Dealership and I won't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family in the future.
I am also delighted with my new little car (powder blue Fiat 500). I originally purchased it for a short term purpose but now I have no plans to get rid of her. I have had no issues at all in the fortnight I've owned her but I feel very confident that should I have any problems, James will go above and beyond to help.

Bought my car on Monday with the help of James and his daughter Jessie, no messing around they were straight to it with offering a test drive and even got a fresh MOT on it the next morning! Drove away on Tuesday with it and happy as can be! Would definitely recommend to anyone as they are such friendly, genuine people trying to get you the best deal.

Who was very helpful and found my perfect car, took for test drive and feel in love with the car. I brought a car from the company. James and ray were very helpful with getting us away in the car quickly. The car broke down a couple of days after buying but they got their mechanic to come and fix the problem without any problems. I would highly recommend.
Exceptional serviceWe bought a car from here two weeks ago. The service provided is Exceptional. We have didn't have a car at the time so when my husband spoke to them they sent everything through on WhatsApp that we asked for. The responses were quick, helpful and friendly.We went the next day to view the car, the car was waiting for us to test drive, and it was everything that they had said. When we came back they left made hot drinks and allowed us to talk in private.These guys are so friendly, there is a sense anything they can do to help they will but there is also a sense of no pressure to buy which I really like. Once we decided to purchase the car, they helped with everything, taxing changing insurance over. The car itself was in very good condition and was great value for money. We have had no issues with car, (which is why I waited a little just encase) but it has been everything they said it would be. Its still under warranty with the dealership and for the first time ever when buying a second hand car, I feel at ease that if there is a problem they will sort it or a very least do their best to help.I have told everyone about them and will continue to recommend them. Our daughter is almost ready to buy her first car and when she is, this is the first place we will look, hopefully the only place because after a week of looking, a week speaking and visiting dealers these guys were the most,welcoming, friendly, helpful and honest dealership, who go above and beyond.We wont be looking for a car for ourselves for a very long time now but when we do we will be coming back.
I cannot fault James at The Dealership! I had lots of questions including asking for extra video of the car. Nothing was too much trouble and James was very quick to respond. Also we are not local, but this wasn't a problem, James sorted it and even managed to get an earlier delivery day for us. Would definitely go back here again if I need another car in the future!!
