I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they offer decent bonuses on deposits, but that’s about it. They did a face scan and passport verification, which is normal, but then they requested a utility bill and a bank statement. The most absurd request was needing a selfie of me holding my passport with their website visible. It was nearly impossible to do this alone; I had to ask my children for help. This feels predatory, especially for older users. I can't recommend this platform.
