Scam site, the bonus features make you play through so many times that it is almost impossible to turn the bonus money into real money. They throw you some wins when you use bonus money but when it comes to playing actual dollars the site rigs the odds. Withdrawals are an issue and by reading other reviews it's not just me. Chinese fraud site posing as a Canadian site. Stay away. 0 Stars.
Unfortunately everyone is having the same problem and in the same month . Litterally put in 250 like n idiot went to 900 and had to verify my account with proof of address, sent what they asked for claimed it didnt match What THEY had on file. sent another, no response. chat said I might get one monday (feb-9-26) they stopped me at 900 , I Am now at $3015 and started to question if I would actually receive it so I looked up reviews and of course everyone is going thur the same verification process .. Ill follow back up if I get my money or not .
EDIT: So this morning I got an email saying my withdrawal is completed . I'm Surprised that I was verified cuz I am cursed with misfortune . I Provided my license , Muchbetter bank statment, Paystub (rejected) and POA by local bank statement. Ik others have Provided way more proof , so im sorry this is happening to you guys . Dont give up, keep trying to get your money! Also when I withdrawl the comments had me scared about not being able to withdrawl more then 750, so I made 2 $749 withdrawls and both were in my account once I was approved an hour later

This platform is untrustworthy. They impose a daily withdrawal cap of 750. Initially, I was informed that this limit would reset at midnight. However, after making my first withdrawal at 9:43 PM, when I tried again at 12:15 AM, I was told the limit had been exceeded. When I contacted support for clarification, another representative stated that the limit resets after 24 hours, contradicting the previous agent. Both provided false information. I have a pending withdrawal of over 200 at 4:30 AM and another of 700 at 9:40 PM. This platform is unreliable and will be reported to the relevant gaming authorities. Steer clear of it.
I feel quite let down. After finally winning some money, the verification process is now causing issues. It's frustrating to feel treated like a criminal. I provided three months of pay stubs, my government tax slips, online banking statements, my driver's license, and even my business license. Despite providing everything requested, they kept asking for more and stopped responding when I tried to escalate the issue. As a wealthy individual, I am considering legal action against this service, but I also want to make my experience public and will reach out to my influencer friends to spread the word. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They allow you to deposit and lose easily, but when it comes to cashing out after a win, it becomes impossible. This company is a scam!
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the decent bonuses on deposits. However, that’s where the positives end. They required a face scan and passport verification, which is standard, but then they also requested a utility bill. That was fine, but then they asked for a bank statement AND a selfie of me holding my passport with their website visible. This is an absurd request that I’ve never encountered in any other KYC process at casinos. I struggled to take that selfie myself and had to enlist my children for help since I was juggling a passport and a phone with the site loaded. This feels like predatory behavior, especially for older users. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
