Approximately 8 months ago I asked them to close my account, they did! However when I contacted them asking them to reopen my account, they told me no! I was one of Toonie bets first customers! I was there through all of their technical issues, repeatedly being kicked out of games mid spin! I figured after a year they've finally ironed out some of their technical issues so I thought I'd try again! However customer service was quite rude, about reopening my account! This is not an abnormality to take a break from a casino and return at any time you would like! Not Tooonie bet!! They would much rather see my money go to another casino then reopen my account!!
