They let me open an account with zero issues. I was not flagged for anything i signed up and they let me deposit. They then took my first deposit for $3000. I ended up winning $3000, so i wanted to withdraw my 6000$. But they refused to pay me the winnings. Only sent me my deposit back. They said because i had "another account" but i explained to them a million times i had never made an account with them before and that they needed to show me proof of account and that "first account" verification but they wouldnt. they didnt have my identity documents because it wasnt me. In their terms and conditions it says they "may" refuse winnings. So they didnt have to refuse my money. I gambled that money and won fair and square. If id lost that deposit, i wouldnt have got my money back. Even if somebody made another account how do they let them sign up, what a terrible system they must have. Theyll take your money no problem but if you win then dont expect anything back. They should have paid me what they owed me. Totally not right at all, i made account, they let me deposit and i took all the risk. They refuse to pay me 3000$ which isnt even alot of money to them but its alot for me. Ill scream from the rooftops to everyone to never play at this site.
