I thought I would try this site, big mistake!! They must be a scam! I was depositing and playing just fine until I wanted to withdraw at the end of the night. In the morning, I found that my account was suspended, with no communication or explanation. I reached out to customer service and they told me that my account is now under review. Still, no explanation and no timeline. They shouldn’t be allowed to hold people’s money hostage! It is my money and I should be allowed to gamble it away or withdraw it. Either way, it is my money. I should have read the reviews first! My bad! Now I can see that withholding customers money and blocking access to their accounts is common practice. Please don’t use this site, it most certainly has to be a scam!!!After going back and forth for a couple days, toonie bet has won! I won’t waste anymore of my time trying to deal with them. I have closed my account and I will forfeit the money I have in my account. I have asked what happens to funds left behind and have received no response. I sincerely hope it is donated to charity. The thought of them just keeping it turns my stomach. Please stay away from this site!
