The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the decent bonuses on deposits. However, that’s where the positives end. They required a face scan and passport verification, which is standard, but then they also requested a utility bill. That was fine, but then they asked for a bank statement AND a selfie of me holding my passport with their website visible. This is an absurd request that I’ve never encountered in any other KYC process at casinos. I struggled to take that selfie myself and had to enlist my children for help since I was juggling a passport and a phone with the site loaded. This feels like predatory behavior, especially for older users. I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
