I feel quite let down. After finally winning some money, the verification process is now causing issues. It's frustrating to feel treated like a criminal. I do enjoy the platform, but the verification steps seem to create obstacles. If this process gets resolved without further issues, I would be open to giving a 5-star rating, as I truly appreciate the games and find the customer support (excluding the verification team) to be very polite and understanding.
