I’ve used this platform occasionally over the past year without major issues. In February, I decided to give it another chance.
When I logged in, the app indicated no verification was required and specifically said “there is no need for verification, please enjoy our games.” Normally I verify my accounts immediately on any betting platform to avoid problems later, but in this case the system explicitly told me verification was not necessary.
Last week I won a decent amount and attempted to withdraw $9,000, which is within the platform’s stated withdrawal limits.
Several hours later, my withdrawal was declined and the funds were returned to my account without any explanation.
The following day I received multiple emails from someone claiming to be my VIP account manager, telling me how valued I am as a customer. When I explained that declining withdrawals without explanation destroys trust and that I would no longer use the platform, the response was apologetic — but instead of resolving the withdrawal issue, they simply began offering bonuses ($100, $300, $350, etc.).
Bonuses are not the solution. I made it clear that the only thing that would restore trust is confidence that withdrawals will actually be processed.
They avoided answering that question.
Yesterday I again won a similar amount and attempted another withdrawal.
Once again, the exact same thing happened:
• The withdrawal sits in “processing” for hours
• It is then declined without explanation
• The funds are returned to the account
Customer support has provided multiple contradictory excuses, including:
• claiming the issue is with my bank
• suggesting browser cookies need to be cleared (I’m using their mobile app)
• saying the application “timed out”
None of these explanations make sense.
I have contacted them via email, phone, and even WhatsApp messages to their VIP managers, and I have provided all identity documentation voluntarily, even though verification was never requested.
Despite this, I still cannot get a withdrawal approved.
At the moment, withdrawals simply sit in review/processing and then get declined without explanation.
Until this is resolved, I would strongly caution others to be careful using this platform, particularly if you plan to withdraw winnings.
I will update this review if the company ultimately processes the funds they are currently refusing to pay out.
