We had a reservation and made online check-in a few days before car pickup, and we still waited more than 3 hours for a car. The car we got was not the same category we reserved and paid for. It was of course worse (way less comfortable).The staff was clueless and made pathetic excuses. They provided us with a "bonus" to return a car with empty fuel tank, but the car we got was already empty.We were not the only customers waiting for hours.I never had worst experience, and I rented cars all over the world.
