This is the first time I am writing a review before even collecting the vehicle. I sincerely hope I can update this later with a more positive experience, but so far it has been extremely disappointing.To begin with, I encountered a very rude staff member when I approached to ask for directions to the main desk. After a long flight, the last thing any traveler needs is unhelpful or dismissive behavior.I am currently standing in an exceptionally long queue with many other stressed travelers waiting to collect their vehicles. The QR code provided to complete the booking form in advance (supposedly to reduce waiting time), shockingly does not work, which has only made the situation worse.Meanwhile, other car rental companies such as AutoReisen, Goldcar, Thrifty, Europcar, Hertz, and Cicar have little to no queues.I am absolutely not confident that I would be given the vehicle I booked.
