I was recently charged for the first time as if the service operates on a subscription model, which I was unaware of. I haven't used this program in a long time and have no intention of using it again, making this charge a waste of money for me. I'm frustrated with companies shifting to subscription models without proper notification, simply billing in the hopes of receiving payment. Unacceptable business practice!
