It has some really nice powerful features but I have yet to figure out how to “stear” it. For example it did a remarkable job cleaning up the faces in an old photo that was scanned at a high resolution however somewhere along its “Intelligent path” it introduced a bunch of “dust flecks”
Your software not only doesn’t work, it incapacitated my computer. Following my immediate cancellation, my money was not returned until I complained — via chat, as no other means of contacting you is evident. Caveat emptor indeed.
It’s not suitable for longer videos, since rendering can take several days. In my case, a 90 min video reached just 50% completion after 4 days. The improvement is minimal - I only tested the Proteus AI model - and cloud rendering feels too expensive for what you get. It needs significant upgrades in both speed and quality to become a more appealing option.
My points were gone from the plan I purchased. I was not even able to generate an image. I referred the matter to their customer service, but no one's replied. Scam company. I will be reporting a chargeback to my credit card provider and reporting this business to their state AG.
I used the program to evaluate a single photograph and was not impressed. I spent $80 to try it out. The next month, I received an email congratulating me on my annual commitment to the service for $900. I found out that I cannot cancel until the 11th month of my subscription. It's baffling why companies resort to such tactics if their products are truly valuable. If you have a quality offering, there’s no need to deceive customers for money or subscriptions!
I was recently charged for the first time as if the service operates on a subscription model, which I was unaware of. I haven't used this program in a long time and have no intention of using it again, making this charge a waste of money for me. I'm frustrated with companies shifting to subscription models without proper notification, simply billing in the hopes of receiving payment. Unacceptable business practice!
My computer struggles with the Star Light model; it seems you tend to focus on developing these types. I can work with models like Proteus, and they appear to deliver similar output quality, which I appreciate. I would love to see more models in the future.
I had a focus issue with my camera that I didn't notice until after my client left. All the images were slightly out of focus. The software was incredible in bringing the facial features into clarity for most images, saving my photo session and preventing the embarrassment of needing to call my client for a redo.
