It was our first time booking our trip with this Company. The agent made too many mistakes to get the booking correct (not reading the clear instructions we sent back) and the online process is fine but does not provide any information regarding passport information. The Travel Guard Insurance's documentation is also not very clear as to what is covered, specifically regarding travel coverage and refunds.
