I was VERY pleased with Ben M. and Top Business Class He was extremely patient with me! (I didn't know what I was doing most of the time, but he walked me through it all.)
It was our first time booking our trip with this Company. The agent made too many mistakes to get the booking correct (not reading the clear instructions we sent back) and the online process is fine but does not provide any information regarding passport information. The Travel Guard Insurance's documentation is also not very clear as to what is covered, specifically regarding travel coverage and refunds.
They suggested I depart three days earlier for better rates, yet I still didn't receive business class for my return to Houston. However, they did offer to cover my accommodation in Spain. I contacted the hotel, and they verified my reservation. This situation improved my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
Lisa was very informative and patient she was able to give me information on the different flights and dates. I called her several times for different questions I had she immediately called me right after. thank you, Lisa for answering all my questions.
