The team were incredibly helpful, actually answered the phone (rare these days!), and guided me through everything with genuine care.I accidentally dropped and broke a few tiles after delivery, and without hesitation they sent out replacements completely free of charge. That level of customer service is almost unheard of.The quality of the tiles is top-notch, and the delivery was next-day with extra secure packaging to make sure nothing got damaged.A brilliant company to deal with – honest, reliable, and truly customer-focused.
