The first order I placed with them arrived on time (ordered through B&Q). Last week I ordered more of the same tiles, again through B&Q. Delivery was supposed to be Monday between 16.05 and 17.05. There was three of us in the house and yet at 16.39 they apparently tried to deliver! They left no card!! Rearranged for Tuesday and then Wednesday as they simply do not come! My builder has had to leave the job because he can’t do any more until the tiles arrive so they’ve now cost me time AND money! Can’t get to speak to anyone at Dhl, Top ceramics customer service is clueless and now I’ve just been cut off by B&Q after waiting 45 minutes on hold. I’m not sure which one of the three is worst but I will think twice before I use top ceramics again. Beware of B&Q marketplace too and it goes without saying that Dhl are a waste of time!!! Shocking!
