Customer support is shockingWe spent in excess of £2k on what we thought were really good quality tiles after buying a sample. Once we received delivery, we discovered damaged boxes and cracked tiles. As per their conditions, you have to reach out within 48 hours of the damage of which we did, I sent photos of every tile that was damaged, and have heard nothing from them in 3 weeks. I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Email, Messenger online chat, and phone, their phone cuts out after the options to tell you that someone will be with you shortly, and radio silence from any kind of written emails and messages.
