Absolutely abysmal and tantamount to fraud. There is undisclosed use of AI throughout the entire service, from the review to the "CV writing", it is entirely AI done with absolutely bare minimal, nominal human interaction.Do not waste your money, this is absolutely appalling service. I submitted my CV and what did I receive in return? They changed the colour to blue and replaced my skill section with "Core Competencies", a word salad of synonyms, buzzwords that they specifically advised against in their "review"!It's clear, they use an AI to "read and review" your CV, then use resume.io (another AI platform) to "design and build" your CV. This company is effectively committing mass fraud and misrepresenting their services and underplaying their use of AI in lieu of actual Human output.
