Got a free CV review with them through Reed. It was clearly done by AI - submitted my CV at midnight on a Saturday night and the review was in my inbox by 9 the next morning. It had some generic tips, but was peppered with sentences that make no sense. The 'improved CV' templates were full of mistakes, invented information, and things I've never done (apparently I did "Generic Undergraduate Degree" between 2015 and 2019!). They then have the gall to tell you to avoid using AI to make your CV because "recruiters can tell". Obviously it's to encourage you to use their paid service, but I have zero confidence in it after the free experience. Haven't stopped getting emails from them since, and I've also been receiving job alert emails from multiple job board websites I never signed up for - not sure if it's related but it started at the same time.
