Communication was terrible, and I would advise against using the service. They displayed availability for dates when doctors were unavailable and took four days to respond, only to ask if we had heard from the doctor. After five days, I finally received a response stating the doctor was on leave. One of the reasons for opting for private services is to avoid excessive admin and delays.
