Initially, communication was smooth, but it deteriorated once the website was finished. They became hard to reach, ignoring phone calls, and email responses took nearly a week. I requested monthly SEO reports to understand what work was done, but I never received any, despite following up multiple times. Eventually, I halted payments, and on that same day, they reached out trying to sell me a new package. I declined, as my trust was completely gone. Their conduct was very unprofessional. They disabled my business website but kept the domain active, leading to confusion among my customers who could still find the site, but it was non-functional. This was not only unprofessional but also unethical. I urge others to be cautious and avoid this service based on my experience.
