Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I booked because it was the cheapest flight I found anywhere, but after finding a reddit thread dedicated to horror stories about the company I called to cancel. I was asked why and just stated I realized I wouldn't be able to go. The service representative said I should have figured that out before I booked. He then said fine it's canceled. I asked for a confirmation and he said it was pending so I wouldn't get one. I told him I gotten one for the pending status so I would like one for the confirmation. He told me to dispute it with my bank and hung up. So looking forward to disputing whatever happens there with my bank...no stars should be an option.
