I was truly impressed with the services provided by the representative. They demonstrated outstanding customer service by clarifying the pricing and breakdowns, as well as assisting me in correcting mistakenly purchased tickets (I had accidentally bought standby tickets). The representative remained calm, understanding, and apologetic when another team member implied that I was lying about the email I received, instead of providing a clear explanation. If you encounter any issues, always ask for this representative! You can rely on their expertise to find the best possible prices for your flights. Thank you once again!
I would give them zero stars if I could. It feels like a bait and switch; I was initially charged 173, but then I received a call stating the price had increased to 389 with no possibility of a refund. This situation is frustrating, especially coming from a major airline that would allow such a poor representative.
The flight was scheduled out of the wrong airport. My schedule changed and I needed to cancel my flight. Mark Wilson informed me I could not cancel or get a refund. This was not explained when scheduling the flight. Mark displayed rude attitude forcing me to NEVER wanted to use your company in the future.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I booked because it was the cheapest flight I found anywhere, but after finding a reddit thread dedicated to horror stories about the company I called to cancel. I was asked why and just stated I realized I wouldn't be able to go. The service representative said I should have figured that out before I booked. He then said fine it's canceled. I asked for a confirmation and he said it was pending so I wouldn't get one. I told him I gotten one for the pending status so I would like one for the confirmation. He told me to dispute it with my bank and hung up. So looking forward to disputing whatever happens there with my bank...no stars should be an option.
