I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses and have generally had good experiences with this company. However, this time I NEVER received my order. My issue lies with the shipping service they utilize. This is the second order that they claimed was delivered, but it was NOT. The tracking information provided was vague and unhelpful. I reached out to the support team, and while they said they would investigate, I was ultimately told to "just wait and see." I'm not satisfied with that response. I am very frustrated with this shipping service, and I want the product I paid for to be replaced and sent via a reliable shipping company immediately.
