These are by far my all time favorite sunglasses. I have 4 pairs and currently have an order for 2 more. My hair never gets tangled! One pair actually became really loose so I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement pair with no issues!!! Highly Recommend
Be careful. Before ordering glasses, I checked cost to return which said 7.99. I ordered small Bella and they were so heavy, so I filled out online that I was returning and they send invoice for 11.99 for shipping label. I emailed and they acknowledged the price had not been updated on the website yet but would NOT honor the 7.99 price. I don’t want to do business with a company like that.
You didn't do anything wrong. The other sunglasses I purchased are fantastic; unfortunately, this pair was stolen on Thanksgiving of all days, along with the lovely pink alligator case. I had them on my head for a few hours but never got to wear them on my face due to the cloudy weather. 😥

My issue lies with the shipping service they utilize. This is the second order that they claimed was delivered, but it was NOT. The tracking information provided was vague and unhelpful. I reached out to the support team, and while they said they would investigate, I was ultimately told to "just wait and see." I'm not satisfied with that response. I am very frustrated with this shipping service, and I want the product I paid for to be replaced and sent via a reliable shipping company immediately.

I really like the sunglasses I received, but they were too large for my face. I contacted customer support and arranged for a return at my expense. They will only credit my account for the sunglasses towards future purchases, and I can't get a refund back to my credit card. However, the customer service was excellent!
I bought a pair of sunglasses and I'm very disappointed. They feel cheap and when I tried to return them, they refused to refund my money because I had a discount over 20%. They want me to pay for return shipping and only offer store credit, which isn't helpful for me. If you're looking for quality sunglasses, I suggest considering other brands.
