Never received item. Was charged. Refuse to refund. They will not reply to Better Business Bureau complaint. Emails come from bots not humans. Entirely fraudulent operation. Only option is to report them as scammers to banks and credit cards for refund. COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION.Their package was allegedly shipped and they report “destroyed by the shipping company,” but will not refund the purchase. They state they are not liable. I don’t believe package was ever shipped. They stole rhe money paid for item. Their customer service emails look like a bot authored them. Here is an example of what you will be met with should you purchase from fraudsters: (Actual email from bot/“customer service” below) “Dear buyer, we are very sorry that we can only offer a full refund after receiving the returned package. Your package failed to be delivered and was destroyed. We are very sorry that we can offer you a maximum refund of 20%, which is the maximum amount. Best wishes.”
