I wish that I had these reviews before I purchased. I saw multiple shirts that were funny and witty, it caught my attention. I ordered four cropped T-shirts; two gray and two white. They took quite a long time to arrive and I never got shipping information. However, when they did arrive, I removed them from the package to find that they had a very strong odor to them. The gray ones seemed to be different material than the white ones, and the screen print on the gray ones seem to be, l’m not sure the right word, starchy? Hard? I ended up washing them all and the white ones shrunk and rolled up at the bottom. The white ones are so short they barely cover my chest at this point and can only be worn with a shirt underneath, otherwise my teenage son is mortified. The gray ones did not shrink in the same way however definitely are shorter than I expected them to be. I reached out to customer service who asked me for the sku on the bag, which I threw away when I first purchased them, so I did not have. I sent them pictures and their response was that they would send me a correct version if I pay shipping. When I went to their website to see about posting a review, the only reviews are five stars and in all the pictures, the white shirt is curled up at the bottom. I wish I had noticed before I spent almost $100 in shirts that I can’t use, but hopefully more people look at this site and avoid despite their catchy looking apparel. Also, for anyone that didn’t receive their order, they should try to do a charge back with the card they used because most claims can be put in up to 60 days.
It is not an easy return policy at all as they claim on their website. The sweatshirt I received was much smaller than I expected and the quality also looked very cheap.
This company is a scam. They sent me the wrong item, and when I asked them to correct it, they wanted to charge me shipping to get me the correct item. When I asked for a refund on the original item they wanted me to pay international shipping even though their website says that it came from my state. Do not order from them. Shitty quality and you won't get the right thing and then they'll double charge you.
I ordered two cropped sweatshirts from this website. They took weeks to even ship them, weeks to arrive, and when they did they were the poorest quality garments I’ve ever seen. They looked like they were made for children, horrible material, completely different than the photos and measurements on the website. When I contacted their customer service they did everything they could to dissuade me from a return. When they finally relented, they told me I had to pay the return shipping to China. Do NOT order anything from this fraudulent company.
I ordered two tshirts two weeks ago and do not have a delivery date. The items have apparently been delivered to the US but that is all I can tell. If I saw the poor reviews and the fact that they are in China I never would have ordered from them.
Never received item. Was charged. Refuse to refund. They will not reply to Better Business Bureau complaint. Emails come from bots not humans. Entirely fraudulent operation. Only option is to report them as scammers to banks and credit cards for refund. COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION.Their package was allegedly shipped and they report “destroyed by the shipping company,” but will not refund the purchase. They state they are not liable. I don’t believe package was ever shipped. They stole rhe money paid for item. Their customer service emails look like a bot authored them. Here is an example of what you will be met with should you purchase from fraudsters: (Actual email from bot/“customer service” below) “Dear buyer, we are very sorry that we can only offer a full refund after receiving the returned package. Your package failed to be delivered and was destroyed. We are very sorry that we can offer you a maximum refund of 20%, which is the maximum amount. Best wishes.”
