I originally ordered a 2 year magazine subscription through Topmags.comJust before the expiration date, I requested cancellation, which was confirmed. It was not made however, and I was again billed for another 2 years, which meant it would expire in 2024. I keep receiving the magazine to this date. I then requested yet another cancellation, which was once again confirmed. I was then informed that my subscription will end in 2027, instead of 2024 as stated in the email I received from Topmags.com. (A 3 year extension, which I never agreed to.)Topmags was unable to refund my unused subscription price, and assured me once again, the subscription would be cancelled, without any refunds. Terrible customer service, and shady business practices.
