I paid for a subscription to W Magazine in September. It is now the end of January, and I still haven’t received a first issue. Their website doesn’t provide a way to contact them. I’m not sure why they’re still listed as a “legitimate business”. A legitimate company has a customer service department with, at very least, an email address or contact form.

Great customer service

My Mother had a subscription with this company for quite some time, and she was always pleased with their services. Unfortunately, she passed away just before the holidays. Erin was fantastic in assisting me with compassion, efficiency and professionalism in canceling the subscription. They are a wonderful group!

Do not deal with TopMag magazines

Do not deal with TopMag magazines. They have debited my credit card without permission to renew a magazine subscription that I had no intention of renewing. They did this 3 months before subscription renewal was due. They have played around for almost 2 months coming up with every excuse possible not to refund my money. They are crooks! Deal with them at your own risk. They caused me to have to change my credit card and now they say they can’t refund my money because the original card is invalid.

Excellent Customer Service!

This company's(TopMags) attention to customer service was a very pleasant surprise...I had a question concerning a subscription that I hadn't received...I sent them an email to inquire as to the status of my order not really expecting a reply...was I ever surprised when my problem was handled in a timely manner!...I am a happy customer and will use this company again!

They didn't deliver any magazines

They didn't deliver any magazines, asked for more time, gave a date of 2/12/2025 as the outside date subscription would start and today is 3/4/2025 with still nothing delivered.On top of that, when I went into PayPal to dispute amount I realized that they added automatic renewal, something that I never authorized. I thought it was going to be a one time, one year purchase. The reason I ordered from TopMags was because I was trying to avoid automatic renewal, not become of victim of it. Very sneaky company.Do not trust these people.

Top Magazine- A Great Place to Order From

It was very easy to order from Top Magazine by calling. The gentleman I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to find my current subscription. I wanted to continue getting the magazine after the expiration. They originally quoted me a reasonable price for 48 months. I emailed after I ordered and I was pleasantly surprised to get an email saying they would be giving me a refund since they quoted a lower price. I haven’t received it yet but I hope I do. They had the best Black Friday pricing.

No Way to Cancel Subscription

I originally ordered a 2 year magazine subscription through Topmags.comJust before the expiration date, I requested cancellation, which was confirmed. It was not made however, and I was again billed for another 2 years, which meant it would expire in 2024. I keep receiving the magazine to this date. I then requested yet another cancellation, which was once again confirmed. I was then informed that my subscription will end in 2027, instead of 2024 as stated in the email I received from Topmags.com. (A 3 year extension, which I never agreed to.)Topmags was unable to refund my unused subscription price, and assured me once again, the subscription would be cancelled, without any refunds. Terrible customer service, and shady business practices.
