I acquired a whole house water pump that fails to deliver water at a suitable pressure. The specifications seem adequate for my needs. I had previously contacted a salesperson who was supposed to coordinate with the manufacturer regarding missing psi information. Since then, I’ve sent four additional emails, including one this morning. Another representative called back, mentioning the original salesperson was unavailable. Despite my previous emails, he couldn't explain why there was no follow-up. The pump has an adjustable shut-off set at 35psi, but I’m receiving 44psi. After requesting to file a complaint due to unanswered emails, the representative questioned the nature of my complaint and spoke over me, prompting me to hang up. It's disappointing, as I've made many purchases before without needing to deal with customer service, which has now let me down.
