I contacted the support team, and the representative was incredibly helpful. I shared a video explaining the issue, and they promptly informed me that a replacement was on the way. It's refreshing to work with a company that treats its customers with respect, just like the support team did.
I've bought numerous Nordic items from the company. Each time I visit the Christchurch location, I've observed a significant turnover of staff. Today, when I went to the store to address a warranty for malfunctioning items, I encountered the store manager and was taken aback by what I perceived as a terrible attitude towards a loyal customer. I sincerely hope the manager at the Dunedin location is more friendly and focused on customer satisfaction than what I faced in Christchurch.

After requesting to file a complaint due to unanswered emails, the representative questioned the nature of my complaint and spoke over me, prompting me to hang up. It's disappointing, as I've made many purchases before without needing to deal with customer service, which has now let me down.
Deceptive practices from a company that doesn’t permit returns. I bought an engine from a local store based on limited online information and some quick measurements from the display model, but it didn’t fit when I got it home. I returned it the following week in perfect condition with all original packaging. The staff member inspected it and after a few minutes on the computer, wandered off for a chat before informing me it was a clearance item and couldn’t be returned. The engine was still being sold in-store and online, with no indication it was a clearance item. I later spoke with the manager, who simply stated they 'do not need to accept anything back.' Similar complaints can be found in other reviews, indicating this is not an isolated incident. Proceed with caution.
