Top Mobility is a rip off. I've been lied to, given wrong information, you sent the wrong scooter. I was refused a full refund before I got the wrong scooter. I have nothing good to say about Top Mobility or the staff. I have a scooter sitting in my kitchen that I can Not use. I hope everyone there gets exactly what y'all give out. I want a FULL refund. Y'all can keep your products.
