I had told the person d on that measured me for my scouter that I needed something to go to the store as ND to be able to goeith my grandkids well the scooter I got isn't working it get stuck when I put my stuff on it it get stuck it books d own coming from the river road I live on I have a highway that I have yo ride on t o get to the store it's and big hills to go up and it just we onnt keep up I am more depressed now th as n I ever was please d o u have a trade in opp for a more heavy duty one one with bigger tires so I dint get stuck please help me

1) changed shippers that made shipping to Canada more difficult2) chair on arrival was not as described and quality was down over prior purchase3) shipper instructions did not allow bringing the chair inside and 200 lb box was left outside on porch during Canadian winter
