We ordered a bed from the company, and the website asked us to select a delivery date. I chose a suitable date but received no confirmation. When I inquired with customer service on WhatsApp, they informed me it would arrive up to 5 days after the selected date. I was given a time slot the day before of 11 AM to 2 PM. By 2 PM, there was no sign of the bed, so I called the company, who told me the delivery driver was an hour away and had two more deliveries before mine, and he was quite rude. Two hours later, I received a call saying they were one hour away. When I explained my location, the call was cut off. They arrived three hours past the latest delivery time, built the bed, and left all the rubbish blocking the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bed itself is nice, but the customer service is lacking.
