I recently purchased the Dorian Bed from Topnotch Furnishers, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
The product is exactly the same as shown in the pictures online — no surprises at all. The design, finish, and overall quality matched the description perfectly, which gave me great confidence in the brand.
Delivery was right on time, and the bed was packed extremely well to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Everything was secure and protected, showing real attention to detail.
I was also very impressed with the assembly service. The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire setup process smooth and hassle-free. Within no time, the bed was assembled perfectly and ready to use.

I ordered a bed from the company and paid an extra fee for assembly. Instead of transporting the parts inside, they left them in puddles outside, making them dirty. They also leaned the dirty parts against my freshly painted walls, causing scratches on the way upstairs. To top it off, they assembled the bed without any tools, claiming they had forgotten their toolkit. The delivery was supposed to be between 3 and 6 PM, but they arrived at 10 PM the next day. Additionally, the mattress has a significant hole in it. I have reached out to the company twice via email, but they have not responded to my concerns.
We ordered a bed for our son, and it arrived very quickly. The delivery team was genuinely lovely and super friendly. The bed itself is fantastic quality and incredibly easy to assemble. We ordered a bed from the company, and the website asked us to select a delivery date. I chose a suitable date but received no confirmation. When I inquired with customer service on WhatsApp, they informed me it would arrive up to 5 days after the selected date. I was given a time slot the day before of 11 AM to 2 PM. By 2 PM, there was no sign of the bed, so I called the company, who told me the delivery driver was an hour away and had two more deliveries before mine, and he was quite rude. Two hours later, I received a call saying they were one hour away. When I explained my location, the call was cut off. They arrived three hours past the latest delivery time, built the bed, and left all the rubbish blocking the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bed itself is nice, but the customer service is lacking.
The bed arrived with no delivery communication. There were no instructions for assembly, although it wasn't too difficult. A week after delivery, I received an email stating my order was being processed, and a delivery date would be provided! I ordered a hard base, which turned out to be flimsy and not as described. It came with a 2x2 wooden center support beam that was 3 inches too short. I had to improvise adjustments to fit wooden spacers. It also turned out that the support brackets were fitted too low, so the support beam was doing nothing! The bed didn’t come with corner brace brackets, making the frame unstable. I've purchased cheaper beds with better quality. Although the bed looks good, it's not worth the price, even at the supposed sale price. I emailed the company with photos and received no response, indicating they are not interested in feedback about quality issues. I would recommend avoiding this company.
I'm very happy and satisfied with the beds and mattresses we ordered. The quality was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was a day after my selected date, but the delivery and assembly team were fantastic and highly professional, making it worthwhile. I found the customer service personnel on WhatsApp a bit rude and unhelpful in explaining the delay, but overall, I'm very satisfied.
