My bed arrived last week, and before I had even opened anything, the couriers were already asking me to leave a 5 star review. I politely refused and told them I wanted to inspect the bed first. Even after I said that, one of them just stood there pressuring me to open it on the spot. I didn’t, because I found that whole situation extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
After they left, I finally opened the bed properly and I was honestly shocked. It looked like it had been sitting in a shed for a year. It was dusty, had marks all over it, and because the fabric is cream, every bit of dirt and damage was clearly visible. It looked dirty before it had even been used.
I contacted the company straight away, expecting them to help, but the customer service was appalling. They asked me to send photos, but then said they would only “believe” me if I built the bed first. That made no sense at all. Why would I fully assemble a bed that already arrived in such a filthy condition?
Against my better judgment, I went ahead and built it anyway, and it only got worse. The smell coming from the bed was absolutely terrible. Now they are refusing to take it back.
The whole experience has been beyond disappointing, pressured for a review before inspection, poor quality product, terrible smell, and customer service that is practically non-existent. Extremely unprofessional from start to finish. You could genuinely get better quality elsewhere for far less.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
